  1. My goodness I have had much experience with Adoption here in Australia! My son was taken under false pretences. To be short, My Dr organised with other patience at his surgery, to “resolve both of our problems”! These people lied and cheated to obtain our son the moment he was born. No paper work was signed I was recovering at home and the Lawyer presented the papers to me. I was very unwell both in body and mind.
So at 17 my boyfriend (now husband of 49rs) lost our first boy child I have lobbied for many years to attain his details and did manage to have the legislation changed. We were granted information after he became 27yrs.
We have discovered since that there have been many illegal processes discovered with the administration of our being separated. Our son was taken under lies and deceit and miss management by the authorities.
Unless children’s health and well being are monitored through placement family, there can be no opportunity to re-access and administer the care of the child.

  2. Following my last remarks……I have experienced a close relative who is party to am “Open” Adoption. I must
express that there is no requirement to fulfil any agreed directive. I would suggest that every couple of years, that a review should be re-established through unbias and recognised body.
